supplies for knitting and crochet, a full roster of how-to classes, a cozy place to sit and stitch, plus
friendly helping hands to make sure your project is a success. Come in and say hello!

Naked Bears Need Your Help!
Have you been by the shop lately? We've been taken over by naked bears who desperately need your help!
The bears are waiting for cute handknit costumes so that they can bring smiles to the campers at Camp Erin, a
local grief support camp provided free of charge by Providence Medical Foundations and The Moyer Foundation for
children and teens who have experienced the death of a loved one. Knitting Bee stitchers have generously
made bear outfits for the last four years, and this year we need more costumes than ever. Camp Erin is hoping
to host more than 60 campers, adding more spaces for teenagers than they have had in the past. So what are
you waiting for?! This is your chance to get outlandishly creative. All that we ask is that you make both a
sweater and some sort of headgear (click here for a few free patterns). To encourage a little healthy competition
we will be awarding prizes for Most Glamorous, Most Sporty and Judge's Favorite at our annual Teddy Bear
Fashion Parade and Customer Trunk Show on Wednesday, July 15th. Please join us in putting your needles
together for this very worthy cause!
